Overall, this place was a great spot to explore around. I had a lot of fun and the staff here were really on top of their game - super efficient and professional. 😊 It seems like they all have the same great manager overseeing things.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Dobson in Dobson is an ideal location close to the Sheldon winery with views of mountains. the room is well-organized with quick check-in and exceptionally comfortable beds. the extremely friendly staff ensures that everything is first-class, including a wide array of great food.

My room included a sitting area, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. Open bathroom was large.

The location of this hotel is perfect for adventure travelers, as it is just down the road from Shelton Vineyards and has easy access to the interstate. The in-house wine bar is a definite highlight, offering a great selection for wine enthusiasts. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, and friendly service. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

Parking can be an issue if you are traveling with a trailer, as there is a requirement to park a long way away from the hotel.

The hotel was well-maintained and the staff was attentive, the location is quiet and within walking distance to everything I needed, and there was a nice restaurant with delicious food and a great atmosphere.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Coach's restaurant, Dairy Queen, and a gas station which is very convenient, the grounds, and an exceptional vineyard. There was a casual restaurant nearby. The room was well laid out and tastefully decorated included a sitting area, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. The breakfast was great and excellent and all the food was good.

We had a late check-in with a truck and trailer, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to park in their oversize vehicle parking area, even though it was initially stated that we couldn't. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided easy parking and excellent air conditioning. Despite some minor issues with the wifi, overall I recommend this hotel.

Quick and easy check-in process for us and the rooms were a good size and looked fresh, plus there was a spa tub in there. the peaceful location of this place was just perfect, nestled in the beautiful mountains of NC. 🌄

The breakfast had plenty of options and the location was convenient for accessing vineyards. Gas stations were nearby. The room was spacious with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, sitting area, and kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the staff seemed happy.

We got great value for our money at Hampton Inn! The room was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. The staff treated us wonderfully, quickly solving any issues that arose.
